Trial, plans and payment
Is the first month really free?
Yes. Your store and workspace are created the moment you sign up, and you pay ₹0 for the first 30 days. We do not ask for a card or UPI at signup.
What happens when the free month ends?
Before day 30 we send a payment link on WhatsApp and email for the plan you picked: ₹499 for the next month, or ₹4,491 for 12 months. Pay it and the store keeps running. Do not pay and the store is paused. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
How do I cancel?
During the trial, simply do not pay the link. On the monthly plan, skip the next payment and tell us on WhatsApp; the store stays live until the end of the month you paid for.
How does the annual plan work?
Pay ₹4,491 once, which is 9 months at ₹499, and your store runs for 12 months, about ₹374 a month. The 12 months start after your free month.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add the domain you own in your VCom workspace, then point it to VCom DNS by copying the nameservers or records we show into your domain provider's panel. Until then your store runs on a free VCom address, so you never need to buy a domain from us.
How do I pay, and where do I get help?
Online through Razorpay with UPI, card or net banking, using the payment link for your plan. For help choosing a theme, adding products or connecting your domain, message us on WhatsApp at +91 72969 94920.
The store and the workspace
Do I get a store link straight away?
Yes. When you sign up, your store opens on a free VCom address and you get a private preview and your workspace login.
Which themes can I use?
VCom has 1,000+ ready themes. Pick one for your trade, then change colours, photos and words without code. Some themes and features that depend on a provider, such as payments, appear once they are set up in your workspace.
How do customers order?
Every product has a WhatsApp order button. The customer's message opens with the product already named, so you can confirm stock and delivery in the chat.
Can my staff use the workspace?
Yes. The owner can add staff users and give each one role-based access. Each business sees only its own data.
Does VCom handle stock and invoices too?
Yes. The workspace includes stock levels, warehouses, quotations, invoices, delivery challans, returns and supplier purchases, alongside customers, leads and marketing.
