Questions about store data backup
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes. Import tools are included in the workspace.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, you point it to VCom DNS. You can also start on a yourstore.vcom.designanddevelopment.in address.
Do I need a developer to set up VCom?
No. You create the store from the signup form, pick a theme and add products yourself. The D&D Technology team is available on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
